Latest News

We are pleased to report that Lonsdale community centre was recently successful in gaining funding from The National Lotteries Reaching Communities fund to renovate the building and bring it up to a high standard of repair. The works includes roof repairs, internal damp proofing, electrical works, painting and joinery and the installation of an automatic front door. The works are due to commence at the beginning of April 2018 and it will unfortunately be the case that centre will be closed for at least a one week period from Monday 9th April to Friday 13th April 2018. We will re-open again on Monday 16th April 2018. We apologise for any inconvenience.
